In an ambitious move to consolidate its performance as a risk manager, Relyens, a European specialist in risk management and insurance, announces the acquisition of Amalfi Analytics.

A key partner of Relyens since 2020, Amalfi Analytics offers solutions to reduce risks and help manage activities through artificial intelligence. Thanks to various combinable modules, medical and human resources risks can be visualized, analysed and predicted quickly and accurately.

The core competence? Applying artificial intelligence and machine learning methods to healthcare management.
What are the customer benefits? Have tools to manage their activities, reduce risks, including the reduction of absenteeism, and manage their human resources.

This strategic operation allows Relyens to:
– strengthen its offer and its ability to become a “digital and tech” risk manager,
– to develop in the management of the activities of its client-members,
– increase its capacity for innovation,
– accelerate the deployment of new clean technologies,
– Acquire cutting-edge AI skills specifically adapted to the healthcare sector.

In addition, Relyens is capitalizing on the management in place at Amalfi Analytics and is continuing to build on the momentum it has undertaken.

Dominique Godet, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, said: “This acquisition is part of a strategy aimed at positioning Relyens as a major player in innovation in the management and prevention of risks, particularly medical and human resources. It illustrates the Group’s transformation into a platform company .”

We are excited to open a new page in our history with Relyens. Being part of the group allows us to access new resources and knowledge, and to significantly increase our impact says Ricard Gavalda, CEO, cofounder of Amalfi Analytics.
