Relyens accelerates its transformation towards Risk Management to secure the delivery of patient care
The 2024 edition of SantExpo, THE annual meeting place for the healthcare and medical-social sectors, was an opportunity to illustrate and anchor our partnerships to address our ambition of “Anticipating today to protect tomorrow”.
In a global context marked by rapid technological and cultural revolutions, the challenges facing players in the healthcare and regional sectors are changing rapidly, calling into question the way they operate and putting their activities under strain.
For almost 100 years, we have been offering our customer-policyholders insurance solutions designed to limit the financial, operational and reputational impact of their business risks. But today, we are convinced that insurance is no longer the only solution. Data science and technology now offer new opportunities to better understand, anticipate, prevent, contain and manage risks, improving security for all.
The transition from traditional Insurance to Risk Management represents a major strategic shift for Relyens, moving the Group up the risk value chain. For us, it means making 3 significant moves:
- from a logic of a posteriori compensation to prevention,
- from delayed response to real-time management,
- from peripheral intervention to support at the heart of our customer-policyholders’ business.
At this latest edition of SantExpo, the Group was able to illustrate its transformation in a concrete and interactive way:
Launch of our Cyber Box, an innovative offering dedicated to cyber risk management in healthcare
Presentation of the Caresyntax solution, which reduces medical risk in operating theatres
Demonstration of the Holicare solution, preventing burnout among professionals and helping to improve their mental health.
In this way, Relyens contributes to a safer healthcare system and quality patient care. Ultimately, it’s the translation of our commitment to act and innovate responsibly and ethically, to leave a positive mark on society.
