Sustainability – A responsible employer
Ensuring the development of our employees and promoting citizen participation within the Group.
Ensuring the development of our employees
As a learning company, our Group is committed to continuous improvement by placing our employees at the heart of our transformation. To achieve this, our actions follow three issues: Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QLWC), skills development and continuous improvement in our management methods and how we work together.

We believe that a responsible and committed company is conditioned by the ability of the collective to question and challenge its practices, its professions and its way of acting, but also by the commitment of each individual to change his or her habits and behaviors. By acting at both levels, Relyens aims to have a greater impact. A dynamic that has been for several years now through the deployment of actions in favour of sustainable development at all our European sites.
Our key actions
Citizen workshop
are held throughout the year, giving volunteer employees the opportunity to get involved in Relyens’ CSR approach on subjects they choose such as waste management, soft mobility and digital sobriety.
Awareness raising and mobilisation initiatives
are implemented at every Group site: climate and numerical models, monthly podcasts on ecological transition, event organisation by and for employees (World Environment Day, European Sustainable Development Weeks)…
CSR criteria
have been incorporated into our incentive contracts (digital footprint, paper printing etc.) to enhance our impact-reducing actions.
1 : Climate fresco organized at our Lyon site
2 : Electric recharging station made available to our French employees
3 : Bike repair workshop during the European Sustainable Development Weeks
4 : Awareness-raising video on waste management, designed by and for our employees, and hosted by David FRITSCH – Relyens Risk Management Consultant in Germany – and Victorine BAILLEUL – Relyens Underwriter
