Experience – Our beneficiaries
Giving sincere and appropriate attention to the care of policyholders and beneficiaries who have suffered a loss.
Every day, we keep in touch with policyholders (individuals) who are also beneficiaries of our contracts: healthcare professionals, public or private social protection contract agents. We pay due care and attention to their conditions of coverage, which we aim to make clearer and more accessible. Protecting our clients and their beneficiaries enables the continuity of their public interest initiatives.
Healthcare professionals
In France, a study was conducted to identify the expectations and needs of beneficiaries, to assess our challenges, and target initial actions.
In our Group’s other countries of operation, solid actions have been identified and implemented to streamline processes, share information, and foster greater proactivity through an empathetic-based relationship.
Local authorities
Within the scope of Local Stakeholders, a study was also carried out, resulting in the definition of customer/beneficiary journeys: a revision of the customer space designed to offer improved accessibility and better information sharing.
Real-time measurement of satisfaction with the coverage was also kicked off.
